The Not-So Usual February Holidays

There are the usual February holidays that everyone knows about – Groundhog Day, Valentine’s Day, Presidents’ Day, and a couple others. BUT, I wanted to share a couple out-of-the-ordinary holidays with you that create AWESOME opportunities for sending cards.

This February, take some time to send out a card or a postcard for one or more of THESE holidays…

4th – Thank A Mailman Day – Sending a card might be a little tricky for this one, but our postal workers work very hard in all sorts of weather. Take some time to thank or give a little gift to your letter carrier today.

7th – Send a Card to a Friend Day – Our friends can always use a special little pick-me-up via a greeting card. This is a special day JUST for that, so remember your friends on this day.

11th – Make a Friend Day – Have a person you just met? Or a potential new client? This is a great day to send them a card and let them know that you are happy to have met them. I am certain they will appreciate it!

16th – Do a Grouch A Favor Day – We all know someone who is struggling or having a difficult time. Sometimes they don’t mean to be grouchy – they are just really stressed out. Help cheer them up today. Send a Totally Awesome Cards!

17th – Random Acts of Kindness Day – This is an amazingly fun day to send cards, especially when you send them to those that aren’t expecting it. Imagine the look on their face while reading your card and how thankful they will be that you remembered them. Don’t be timid – send out a card!

21st – Card Reading Day – This is another fun card-sending day. Send cards to everyone you know, so they can celebrate Card Reading Day. Who knows? Maybe you will even get some unexpected greetings in return.

Have some fun this February celebrating these Not-So Usual Holidays this year. Today, think about who you want to send a greeting to on each of these days. To get started, you can send a free card on me at Totally Awesome Cards.
